Transportation
All delegates are kindly requested to make their own travel arrangements, including airport transfers and for travels within Singapore. For your ease of reference, we have provided recommendations for transport from Changi Airport to the Grand Hyatt below.
Airport Transfer Service
The Grand Hyatt provides transfer services from the airport. Please note that there is a minimum of 3-hour usage for the booking of these services. To secure your transportation, please submit your reservation request on any of the options below to ghsingapore.concierge@hyatt.com. All prices shown are final and inclusive of taxes.
Mercedes Benz S class: SGD 300 one-way, hourly disposal transfer at SGD 300 per hour
Mercedes Benz E class: SGD 210 one-way, hourly disposal transfer at SGD 210 per hour
5/6-seater Minivan: SGD 210 one-way, hourly disposal transfer at SGD 210 per hour
Mercedes Viano: SGD 250 one-way, hourly disposal transfer at SGD 250 per hour

Metered Taxis and Ride-hailing Apps
Taxi services are available at all Singapore Changi Airport terminals. A journey from the airport to the hotel will take about 30 minutes, and taxi fare ranges between SGD 35–SGD 50, depending on applicable surcharges and traffic conditions. Metered taxis can be found at the designated taxi stands outside each terminal, while ride-hailing services such as Grab and TADA can be booked via their respective mobile applications. It is recommended for delegates to pre-install and pre-sign in to selected applications for more convenient access.
Public Transport: Train
The journey takes approximately 50 minutes and costs SGD 3 - 4.
Changi Airport Station (between Terminals 2 and 3) – take the East-West Line (Green Line) train for 2 stops towards Tanah Merah Station (EW4)
Tanah Merah Station (EW4) – Cross the platform for trains that are heading to Tuas Link. Take the East-West Line (Green Line) trains for 9 stops to City Hall Station (EW13/NS25)
City Hall Station (EW13/NS25) – Cross the platform for North-South Line (Red Line) trains that are heading to Jurong East. Take the North-South Line (Red Line) trains for 3 stops to Orchard Station (NS22).
Orchard Station (NS22) – Alight and walk about 5-10 minutes to Grand Hyatt Singapore
Public Transport: Bus
For those who prefer to travel by bus, from any Changi Airport Terminal, take bus 36 and alight at Orchard Stn/Tang Plaza (B09047). From here, it's a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. While the bus journey might take longer (approximately 60-90 minutes), it offers a more scenic route through the city and costs around SGD 2 - 3. Do note that bus timing intervals may vary depending on the time of day.
Weather/ Climate
Average daytime temperature in Singapore during the month of September is around 31°C, and around 25-26°C at night. The climate is generally warm and humid, with occasional rainfall. Light clothing and umbrella are advised. Slightly thicker clothing, however, may be worn in air-conditioned places.

The dress code for all meetings is office/business attire.
